Becs's specialise in custom tattoo's, unique personnal designs are always the best tattoos. Any ideas are welcome for discussion in a consultation. She likes to make all clients feel comfortable, relaxed and at ease with their tattoo experience. As far as she is concerned it is all about you the client. Becs will help you find the right piece for you, be it one off the wall or a complete personnal piece which she will design for you. Her clients never feel rushed they can take their time with their choice with a one to one consultation over a cuppa and a chat on the sofa. When it comes to getting tattooed at The Living Canvas Tattoo Studio it is all done at your pace. Becs wants to make your tattoo experience the best it can be and memoriable for all the right reasons, hopefully this will encourage you to return or to recommend her to a friend. The overall feel of the studio is very comfortable, just like your sitting at home having a cuppa with your friends.

Our studio is fully licenced and registered with the local council. The last Enviromental Health and Safety inspection was performed on the 1st November 2010, and passed with praise.

Every piece of equipment is sterile and we use SINGLE use needles only.

The studio is has an open plan feel with a counter separating the waiting area from the tattoo area, there is also a very large screen that provides privacy when needed. The walls display a few of Becs paintings, one wall is dedicated to some photos of the tattoos that Becs has produced in the studio, and in the waiting area there are plenty of tattoo designs, and tattoo magazines to give you some inspiration.

On entering the studio you will be greeted with a smile, a hot cuppa and our time. A tattoo is a huge commitment, so we are committed to you, to help you acheive the tattoo you are looking for.

Now for the official stuff:

Tattoos can be individualy priced or we have an hourly rate set at Ł55 per hour, our minimum charge is Ł30. In general, sleeves, back pieces, large designs etc are charged by the hour.
All tattoo bookings require a non-refundable deposit of Ł30.
48 hours notice must be given when re-scheduling your booking or deposit will be lost.
All consulation bookings with me require a non-refundable Ł30 Deposit, we hope you understand that this measure has only been put in place due to timewasters. Once you have completed the consultation stage then the Ł30 deposit will then be used as your tattoo deposit. So in the end you are still having the consultation time for free.
If you require a custom piece designed for you then once again a non-refundable Ł30 deposit is required. Once you are satisfied with the design then the deposit will be used as your Ł30 tattoo deposit.
When starting a freehand tattoo (initially drawn directly onto the skin), you will not be charged until the machine starts buzzing and the inking begins.
